Saturday; August 27, 2011 08/11 17:38: The proverbial calm before the storm tonight. All the furniture and loose stuff brought in from outside, got all batteries charged etc. Some photos:
Sunday; August 28, 2011 10:05: Peak of the rain. You can see the marsh filling up and the creek going over its banks, even though it is one hour before high tide. The creek did not fill up as far as it had in other storms - it came nowhere near our deck.
